Come in and relax in our spacious 3 bedroom two bath home featuring an open floor plan with the Master Bed and ensuite bath split on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both have queen beds. Each room is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV and the home has high speed internet and Cox cable. This property is a 2100 sq ft, two car garage house with 3 bedrooms including 4 beds, 3 full baths, an open living room, dining and kitchen area fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, glasses and silverware. The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!
