Located in the center of Cornucopia village, this historic building is just steps away from shops, restaurants and the beach! This spotless & newly renovated apartment is tucked above what used to be the original "ice house" in Corny. Before the days of refrigerators blocks of ice were stored in sawdust in the garage below. Local bakery also only a few blocks away, as well as all of Ashland's local businesses. As you enter or exit the town, it is only one block off of US Highway 2.and makes finding your destination much easier.
