It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 communal areas, and a well equipped kitchen. It also has TV/Internet and a mini split. Outside you can enjoy the comfort of a six- person hot tub, a koi pond, and berry picking in the summer and fall. The covered patio allows for all season use. Ideal for families and friends getting together.

The Bird House- 3 bed unique home with Hot tub

This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

Built in 1904 and recently remodelled Saltbox home with many touches of historical charm. Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including; Wilber Sparks Complex, The Bay Arena, The Shoreline Heritage Trail, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery.
