We are 50 minutes away from St Johns, 20 minutes away from Carbonear and only 10 minutes away from Bay Roberts. Winter guests: while every effort is made to keep the lane up to the unit clear, rapidly fluctuating weather conditions can make it impassable. Guests may need to park on the street below and walk up the garden stairs and across the yard to gain entry. Bright and airy apartment on historic Water street with ocean views. One floor, no stairs. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, museums and Sheila Nageira theatre. One hour's drive to St. John's.
