Traditional Country Cottage

1 Gloucester Cottages is nestled in the quaint mining village of Stanton Drew in the Chew Valley, Somerset, The village is home of the prehistoric Stanton Drew stone circles, the second largest stone circle in Britain after Avebury. The cottage is great for families and couples, it has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished through out, a king sized bed and double with all linen included. We have fast wifi, parking and an open working fireplace for those cosy nights in with a bottle of red.

Boutique Country Retreat

Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

There are shops, cafe's, take aways and pubs all within a couple of minutes walk as well as glorious countryside on the doorstep. It has easy access to the M4 giving it great links to the city centre as well as further afield. The property would be perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing stay in the Bath area. A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!
