The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.

Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.
