A private country estate on 9 acres in beautiful rural Michigan featuring 5-bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen/living area. This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

It is also a place where you can enjoy nature, walk the trails, enjoy a fire in the fire ring, have a cookout, and enjoy all that the woods has to offer. We live in the main house. The TinyHouse is on the back of our detached garage. It is a cozy and comfortable space where you will enjoy complete privacy.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space close to several all-sports lakes, casino and charming Hastings. Centrally located between Grand Rapids, Lansing & Kalamazoo. State hunting land just down the road and Yankee Springs State Park a short drive away. Walk our trails, savor the gorgeous views, enjoy a campfire, and watch the wildlife. When the snow falls, bring your snowshoes or cross country skis to truly enjoy our property.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

3 bedroom Lakehouse

This modern house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and comfortably sleeps six people, with free onsite parking. The Jordan Lakehouse is right across the street from Jordan lake, with dock space available for your boat across the street. The Jordan Lakehouse is a place to relax, enjoy, and spend time with the family. Stay in and play games, or go fishing, and swimming at the public beach; then roast s'mores by the campfire.

Large open floor plan with with huge windows and lots of natural light. Beautiful views of nature and wild life. Large well stocked kitchen great for cooking entertaining. Finished basement with pool and pin pong table. Beautiful in ground heated* pool with lots of room for fun. Private wooded setting on 8 acres with nice groomed trails for nature walks. Plenty of parking area. Attached garage is restricted.
