Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Apartment runs on entirely solar power, and is heated and air conditioned. 20 minutes from sugarbush/mad river and 10 minutes from Waitsfield. 1 mile to the moretown general store. A perfect home base for exploring the mountains. Use our heated and unfinished stairway for your muddy and snowy boots and gear storage. Separate entrance through our garage.

Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Large private home built in 1890. Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy.
