Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. Just a short walk away from the local and infamous Montagu arms pub and restaurant as well as wonderful countryside walks. The Cottage at Montagu House is a perfect getaway. Lower Farm View is beautifully converted with outstanding views, it's situated in the Rutland Village of Empingham and is only a short walk from Rutland Water's North Shore. Only 6 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford and 6/7 miles from the picturesque towns of Uppingham and Oakham. The village itself has a hairdresser, doctor's surgery, pub and shop. The local area has lots of pubs, cafes and shops. A perfect place to be able to enjoy and explore the county of Rutland.

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .
