The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A breakfast hamper is provided Instant booking is available if the booking is made 3 days or more before arrival. Brookside is a purposely developed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close. The accommodation provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings, ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

It would be difficult to find a more secluded location where you can forget the hassle and stress of everyday life and just relax and unwind in the peace and tranquillity of Exmoor. My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities. Small fridge.
