The Annexe, Durham City

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

Grade II listed house with river and castle views

A truly amazing location! This wonderful house sleeps six comfortably and offers a unique view of the Tees and Barnard Castle's castle. Perfect for walking, bird watching, photography and touring the wonderful North East. There is also fishing… riparian rights provide the right to fish (with a licence). Barnard Castle is a lovely town to wander around and is only a 5 minute walk away. Families with young children are asked to message in advance.

Canney Hill View

A warm and cosy 3 bed house in a quiet location but close to all amneities. Just a few minutes drive from the centre of Bishop Auckland, the house boasts lovely countryside views so a perfect place to relax after a working day or fun day exploring the local area. It is also located next to Auckland Way, so for cyclists and walkers it's a perfect base for exploring and enjoying the beautiful north eastern outdoors.

1 bedroom self catering cottage, set in a quite location in the heart of Middleton-in-Teesdale, a small Market town in County Durham, surrounded by the North Pennines an area of outstanding natural beauty . A few miles north of Barnard Castle. Middleton in Teesdale is on the Pennine Way, about 4 miles from High Force Waterwall. Dogs are very welcome. wifi available
