Our annex provides a light & modern place to explore, relax or simply somewhere to stay for work. The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. There is a compact kitchen with hob, fridge & microwave/oven. There is a private bathroom with small shower

The Nook at Pine View - set in Roald Dahl Country

The Nook at Pine View, is set within the Chiltern Hills in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In the heart of "Roald Dahl Country", Cobblers Hill is famously written within the pages of "Danny Champion of the World". The Nook benefits from stunning rural views and the peace & quiet of country living but with easy access to award-winning restaurants, pubs & cafes all just a short drive. A 45 min train to London. The surrounding area has some renowned country walks and cycle paths.

No 1 The Mews, Tring

In a quiet mews setting, it is a cosy, modern & comfortable space for one or two adults, sorry no infants, having a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs & supermarkets right on the doorstep but away from the traffic noise of the High Street. The Rothschild Museum, Tring Brewery & Tring Park are all a short walk away while the Ashridge estate, Ivinghoe Beacon & Tring reservoirs, are a short drive away for walking, cycling & bird watchers. Tring Station provides a fast link directly into London.

It offers the best of all worlds; a countryside escape surrounded by the stunning Chiltern Hills and Wendover Woods, a central location with an array of Pubs, eateries and shops on the doorstep , plus easy access to London (station 2 mins walk/Marylebone 45 mins).

Nearby towns of Chesham & Amersham have transport links into London and offer a host of restaurants and shops. The Chilterns AONB is well renowned among walkers. We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

Come and enjoy our unique self-contained Studio attached to our house. It is a quiet and peaceful spot, ideal for rest and recuperation or to explore the surrounding rural areas and Chilterns AONB. It is a fully self-contained basement apartment, its open plan with a lounge area, dining area, bedroom with its own en suite shower room. It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure.

Our self contained annex is set in our family garden backing onto the Chiltern hills but only a 5 minute drive to the London tube! While away the day gazing through our floor to ceiling windows looking at a young budding fruit tree orchard, wildflower meadow and wildlife. You will also have shared access to a treehouse (for those young at heart), cosy outdoor fire nook, traditional granary cabin for covered dining options and a small weights gym/sauna/cold plunge (on request).

Fantastic s/c barn in "secret" Chiltern valley

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

Relax in this quiet, stylish, recently refurbished, fully self-contained studio. Well-equipped and environmentally friendly, this 1st-floor annex is situated in the Chiltern village of Bellingdon, North of the market town of Chesham. The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

The Stable Lodge

The Lodge is light, airy and modern, whilst providing original character and features. An ideal getaway for couples, those visiting family and friends, or somewhere to base yourself for a weekend of walking in the chilterns; this cosy, self-contained lodge is perfect for those looking to get away from it all. Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

A cosy little self-contained cabin with its own bathroom, private side entrance and off-street driveway parking. A lovely spot for guests working locally or anyone wanting a peaceful escape. There’s a comfy double bed overlooking greenery, TV with Netflix and Prime, strong Wi-Fi, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Toiletries included. There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️
