E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Greenway Beach House Dungarvan Ballinacourty

Located 400m from Deise Greenway, Ballinacourty Light House And Ballinard Beach. Golf Course on the doorstep and Comeragh View. Just a short walk from the Gold Coast Hotel with pool and gym. Carvery served daily in hotel and at weekends at Lord Maguires. Dungarvan town is just 4km away and offers a wide array of dining options. Bike hire is available and details are available from host. Ideal spot for walking, cycling, hiking, relaxing, fishing, or writing. Beautiful scenery and landscape.

Number 10

Situated in the heart of Dungarvan, Number 10 is a dual story apartment with its own private balcony just off Dungarvan Quay with fabulous sea views. Upon entrance to main building both a lift and stairs are available. Town centre is within 2 minute walking distance. The start of the Greenway is also close by (within walking distance). We do have 2 adult bikes available for use and there is space where you can store your bikes if you choose to bring your own or there is bikes available locally.

The Cowshed Cottage on The Greenway & the Sea

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

Abbeyside Studio Own Entrance

Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

Holiday Home

This Luxurious house was newly built in early 2018 and finished to a very high standard , It has a beautiful open plan kitchen ,dining , living area with plenty of natural daylight and sunshine . The house has a large external front & back garden garden with Patio chairs , internally it has with 2 large King size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms , it has TV & Wi FI and a wet room in the ground floor . We welcome families to our house , we don’t allow any parties or groups of students .

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

The Lodge

This new house is in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the N25 but feels as though you are in the heart of the countryside. It is in the ideal location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. It is: - 7 min drive to nearest Greenway entrance at Durrow. - 10 min drive to Clonea beach - 9 min drive to Dungarvan - 4 min to nearest shops - 8 min to Crough woods - 11 min to Coumshingaun Lake trail - 3 min to Bridgie Terries pub/restaurant.

Follies Garden Studio

Follies Studio is a spacious en suite with kitchenette based on the Parisian Studio set up. There are cooking facilities, a wet room with shower and WC and direct access to a private terrace area in Summer. Set on a hill overlooking Dungarvan Bay, the Studio offers independent, direct access acccommodation just minutes from the Blue Flag beaches of Clonea and the vibrant town of Dungarvan.
