This newly renovated, entire home with 2 bedrooms, is conveniently located just outside of Cleveland, and a short 5-minute drive from the highway in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Whether you’re traveling for a music concert, sporting event, exploring the city, discover our vast hiking trails, require a place if a loved one is in hospital, or a traveling nurse, we are centrally located!

Central location in this charming tourist village of Chagrin Falls, a short walk to the natural waterfalls, over 20 great restaurants, two ice cream shops & boutique shopping. Low ceilings & compact bathroom, but full kitchen and parking for one car. Non-smokers only. No pets - out of consideration for future guests. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access apartment. Air conditioning is available during the summer season.

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Newly built Solar powered 1 BR Private detached garage apartment with loft. This charming pet friendly hideout is situated on a 1.5 acre partially wooded lot. The apartment is equipped with brand new appliances, beautiful wood accents, a cozy loft accessed via ladder, and a wonderful fenced in area for guest dogs! A laundry room is available for guest use in the garage below. Less than 10 min from Chagrin Falls, 30 min to CVNP, 30 min from CLE airport. Convenient keypad entry to apartment.

Heather's Irish Cottage

Heather’s Irish Cottage is a fully renovated 4BR, 1.5BA cozy home with hardwood floors, granite kitchen, live-edge bar top, and a fireplace with 55" TV. Enjoy a private 1,000 sq ft deck with furniture, trees, and sunset views. Two bedrooms on main floor and two upstairs, including a room with a secret bookcase door and TVs. Set back from the road with a long private driveway, turn-around, and a field out back for small bonfires, with a church through the woods.

The Mill House

The Mill House, built in 1890, sits in downtown Chagrin Falls, a former mill town with a history of 9 mills powered by the Chagrin River. Settlers in the mills' early days lived in the village's old homes, inspiring the name "Mill House." Nearby, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a grocery, pharmacy, the famous popcorn shop, waterfalls, and the historic Chagrin Falls Hardware. We only accept guests that have reviews.
