However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Es liegt am Rande einer kleinen idyllischen Ferienhaussiedlung. Mit viel Liebe wurde das Haus komplett saniert und neu gestaltet. Umgeben von vielen Wanderwegen und wunderschöner Natur, bietet es die ideale Ausgangslage um die Schönheit der Eifel mit ihren zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.

Ein kleines aber feines Ferienhaus in sonniger und sehr privater Lage, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, 2 Etagen, großer Balkon und Freisitz mit Grillmöglichkeit, 1 Stellplatz direkt davor. Das Haus wurde bis 2017 umfassend saniert. Ein Kleinod der Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass ein Hund es nicht alleine verlassen kann. Gerne erstellen wir Ihnen ein Angebot. Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,20 € pro Nacht/Person ist zusätzlich zu entrichten.

Modernes Design trifft auf Geschichte. Das denkmalgeschütze Haus steht, umgeben von Weinbergen, im Stadtteil Steeg direkt unterhalb der Burg Stahleck. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil: Ökologische Materialien wie Lehm und Holz geben dem Haus einen einzigartigen Flair und ein unübertreffliches Raumklima. Das 1622 erbaute Fachwerkhaus ist modern eingerichtet. Ein Holz- und Pelletofen sorgt für eine besondere abendliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

Hausboot auf der Mosel

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
