Please look at the photos and be clear that this is a “tiny house” experience and will meet your expectations. Often guests choose our low price and expect a hotel or large house amenities. We have upgraded the sleeping from a sleeper sofa to a queen mattress Murphy bed. Don't choose this property on price, but on the experience!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
