The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Das Apart Eisenkopf verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und seperates WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit zwei Sofas, Wohnwand und einem Fernsehrer ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher. In der Küche finden Sie sämtliche Küchengeräte und Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine oder Filter-Maschine. Genießt schöne Tage auf der gemütlichen Terrasse und feine Entspannung im Whirlpool! Für Motorradfahrer haben wir eine Garage. Ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen.

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Ferienhaus Lechtaler Alpen Unser Ferienhaus mit seinen gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen befindet sich am Eingang des Madautals, wo man die Schönheit der Bergwelt besonders erleben kann. Genießen sie den traumhaften Ausblick ins untere Lechtal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Starten sie ihre Wander- oder Fahrradtour direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Langlaufloipe im Winter ist nur zwei-drei Schwünge entfernt. Alles andere erreichen sie bequem mit dem Bus - Bushaltestelle ca. 200m entfernt.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
