Hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing available.Snowmobiling trails and ski resorts just minutes away.

Private suite on Genesee River near RIT

Enjoy views of gardens and the Genesee River. Walk to RIT, drive or Uber to shop or dine nearby. Suite has a private entrance and is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven and conduction burner, coffee maker, WiFi and TV. Nicely private and comfortable. For any two guests needing separate sleeping arrangements there is a chair-lounger-bed (twin size) available with provided bedding. NOTE: The bathroom has a sloped ceiling, as pictured. if you are very tall, it may be uncomfortable.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

The Red Saw Mill of Honeoye Falls

Enjoy small town life in this historic Red Saw Mill located right on a beautiful waterfall. Your apartment on the second floor has lovely views of the falls and creek. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery, brewery, grocery store. Explore Rochester, Letchworth State Park, Niagara Falls, and the Finger Lakes with this as your base. Good spot for visiting family and friends, attending events, or just relaxing inside or in the lovely yard along the creek.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Fox Creek Farm Guest House (Genesee River Valley)

The Guest House at Fox Creek Farm is the perfect place to relax & enjoy the Genesee River Valley! Our family farm is situated on 30 acres and surrounded by beautiful farmland as far as the eye can see! Located at the end of a gravel road, the Guest House is perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business and equine travelers, and those visiting our many local wedding barn venues, breweries, wineries, lakes, golf courses, and other area attractions.

The Baus Haus

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Located in the Finger lakes Region offers easy access to many wineries, breweries, distilleries, antique stores, and shops. Rochester is 25 miles away and Victor is 8 miles.
