Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

This is a non-smoking property and strictly prohibited. Remodeled, quaint 60's style beach cottage on the Outer Banks. One queen size bedroom and another built-in twin bed . Nothing fancy, but a quaint spot for a those who want to be by the sea. Octopus's garden: The octopus is a mysterious, elusive sea creature that decorates and tends the entrance garden to its hide-a -way home with a collection of shiny and found objects.
