Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. Windows and french doors offer roman shades with blackout panels for privacy. Access to a outdoor fire pit seating area is also included. Convenient to local attractions in Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA.

Capitol Hill Carriage House

Nestled in the heart of the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, this beautifully renovated carriage house is the perfect home base for your Washington DC adventure. The house is decorated with modern furnishings and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware and the bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the bathroom has a full washer and dryer. A short walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and quick walk to Metro make getting around easy!

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

This 1940’s bungalow has a vaulted, exposed beam ceiling, custom crafted kitchen nook and tankless hot water heater. There is a smart TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz, WOW! Streaming, etc. WIFI. Outdoor seating with loveseat & 2 chairs. Summerville is centrally located, 2.5 miles from both downtown and Augusta National and close to the medical district, in a beautiful walking area of town. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, gourmet take-out, coffee house, small park & dog park.

The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home.
