Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. Jay’s Beach Cottage

Enjoy the sounds of the ocean! Walk/cycle the picturesque path to the Boat Harbour, you may even see a whale! Walk/cycle 5-10 mins to the river front cafe where you may view dolphins, pelicans or the kite surfers displays. One min walk to Jay’s beach to surf/ paddle board or walk your dog. Walk/bike the beautiful bush trails nearby. Only a five minute drive to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse’s magnificent views, tours/cafe. Karri forest nearby with Cave tours/cafe. Only a 4 min drive to town.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Blackwood River Art House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on the Blackwood River. Replete with original 60s features, wild wallpaper and vintage finds. Enjoy hanging out and cooking up a feed of local fish on the porch, kayaking on the river, or wandering along the road to 'Augusta's Kings Park.' After your adventures, you can rinse off in an outdoor shower that runs from an underground spring ☺️ Please note: there is a wood fire and heaters but no reverse cycle!
