Seminole Hideaway Cottage

This cottage is located on beautiful Lake Seminole. It is home to some of the best fresh water fishing in the world. The cottage is nestled behind the main house on a cove with access to a dock on the main lake. The area is abundant with deer and wildlife. It's the perfect place for fishermen, hunters and those who just want to get away to write and absorb nature. There is a boat ramp within 5 min and the Bainbridge boat basin is 20 min away. Available for hire are fishing and hunting guides.

Enjoy the downtown square in Bainbridge, Ga while staying in the Alderman Building. Completed in 2024, the historic Alderman Building was thoughtfully renovated with luxury in mind. One King bed and one Queen bed and a sleeper sofa (in bedroom with King) will comfortably sleep 6 after you enjoy a night on the town and with fine dining and local brews right around the corner that won't be hard! **NO EVENTS Note: See separate listing for Unit 2 The Alderman 1 bedroom option for smaller groups.

Twisted Pine Lake Cabin, secluded & near town

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Little House on Broughton Downtown Bainbridge Stay

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Sienna Lee Gardens: A Beautifully Renovated Home

Relax and unwind in this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath home nestled on 20 acres of picture perfect live oaks, organic blueberry orchard, and abundant wildlife. There are so many places for entertaining including a large heated swimming pool (heated from March-Nov). There's a fully equipped kitchen, luxury beds and hotel quality linens. It has everything you need for some peace and relaxation, bring a book or your fishing pole and forget about everything else for a while. There’s even a daybed on the back porch for an afternoon siesta, and the Wi-Fi has been updated to high-speed Internet.

The Cove

The is one of the largest houses in this area, with plenty of room for a large family or extended family. The second story has one bedroom and a big loft. The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.
