This beautiful 10 foot ceiling home is ideal for your stay in Ashland. Our classic two bedroom 1900s home has many new renovations (floors, appliances, furniture-- all done in August 2017). Enjoy a short walk to great cafes, restaurants and breweries! We are about an 8 minute walk to the Shakespeare Festival. We are only 2 easy miles from downtown Ashland with multiple wineries close by. There is hiking, swimming at Emigrant Lake nearby as well. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. NEW: a high speed (240 volt) charger for EVs. You need an adapter.
