Revamped Minimalist Stone Country House

Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. My guests can reach me at my mobile phone, text me or send a message directly to my inbox. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα μπροστά στην παραλία της Σιδωνίας στη Νότια Κρήτη! Almyriki Beach House is a beachfront house located on the southern coast of Crete, on the picturesque beach of Sidonia. A tiny (20 m2) but cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a sea and a hill view. A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). There is a double bed, a single loft bed with a small wooden ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom and a private kitchenette outside the room. There is also a garden where you can find vegetables.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
