This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

Unicorn cottage is a newly renovated 2 bedroom character cottage sitting just beneath the castle, right in the heart of Arundel’s historic town centre The property has two bedrooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and 1 or 2 (depending on your needs) singles in the small 2nd bedroom. The guest room can be made up for adult or child guests. The living space is upstairs and open plan with a sofa bed and log burner.

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Recently refurbished, The Old Pottery is a cosy and comfortable annexe in our garden. Just a 5 min walk from the town's main square and within the Southdowns National Park, this cute conversion is the perfect couples retreat. Please note that the property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs (10 steps) and that we no longer accept dogs. We also advise this is not suitable for small children just because Neil (our bull terrier) frequents the garden and is quite bouncy.

It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.
