Centrally located on Rogers Ave close to downtown. Suite has it’s own parking concrete pad. Guest suite is by our house, fence separating us. Pets MUST be added to guest list

Conveniently located next to McConnell Funeral Home and just a couple of blocks from Greenwood Jr. High and High School, this home offers access to nearby amenities and downtown shops.

This unique place has a style all its own. 5 minutes off the interstate and you can wake up to the most beautiful sunrises and views that Arkansas has to offer. This home has all the amenities you are looking for while still making you feel like you are away from the rest of the world. In the master bedroom we have a king size adjustable mattress that you can set to your exact preference. We are a quick drive to Fayetteville if calling the Hogs and great eateries is more your style!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop. There are 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. The living room has a 58" TV and large sectional for relaxing. Additional guests can sleep on the sectional or provided queen air mattress. Enjoy large back yard with a fenced in area and deck.
