Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Cittanova, Istria, Croatia. The apartment is located in a newly built house with the pool. It has 1 bedroom,kitchen with dining and living space and bathroom. Also has your own balcony.Just a 5 minute walk from the beach, you can enjoy the sun and sea. Cittanova has a rich history and culture, while nearby Poreč and Umag offer nightlife options. Our apartment is the perfect retreat for families looking to unwind and relax in a peaceful and tranquil setting.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
