Recently refurbished, two bedroom self-contained house, with private off road parking. Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!

Sarah’s ‘Broughty’ Apartment

STL Licence: DD00081F MAX 2 DOGS 1 bed ground floor flat in the heart of the Ferry. The garden is accessible for dogs but not suitable for sitting in at present. WE ALSO HAVE A 2 BEDROOM BEACH COTTAGE. The 1 bed is situated in a quiet location within the original fishing community of the town, it lies close to many attractive bars, restaurants & traditional shops. It is an ideal base for the new V&A
