Welcome to the Moose Cabin at Spruce Point Lodging. Nestled among Spruce trees on 4 acres this is the place to be if you wish to have the authentic Alaska experience. From your nearly 550 Sq ft deluxe cabin you may encounter moose, black bear, snowshoe hare, ermine, and even see a bald eagle. If you are really lucky you may glimpse a pair of mated merlin playing in the trees. A 5 minute drive to the beach with your picnic basket or 6 minutes to the Anchor River for fly, lure or bait fishing.

The Harbinson Homestead

This cozy log-cabin was built by hand in 1929 and remains a living work of art. Located in the rolling hills of Homer, just 20 min. from Downtown, this stunning old homestead offers an authentic Alaskan experience with mountain views! Accommodations: 3 beds (1 Queen, 2 Twins), a full kitchen w/running water, modern Toyo heater and wood stove, a tidy outhouse, and a genuine Nordic Spa (sauna/coldplunge). Yurt also available for rent on-site, check out Harbinson Yurt to accomodate larger groups!

Redoubt Cabin

Our Redoubt Cabin is located on the bluff with amazing views of the Cook Inlet. This cabin offers a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed then connects to small bedroom with twin, and 2 twin beds in upstairs loft. Located 1 mile from Anchor Point River and 15 miles from Homer, the cabin is one of 5 on 5 private acres, with over 200 feet of space to the next cabin. Shared amenities include a gazebo with a firepit, griddle, picnic tables, fish cleaning station, hammock, and viewing deck.

Island Watch

A cozy spot for adventurers to crash. This mother-in-law style apartment is below our home just 3 miles from downtown Homer. We have kids, cats, dogs, chickens, bunnies, and two horses, it’s nothing short of an actual zoo/circus around here. While your unit is private, there will be any of the above mentioned running around in the yard at any given time. We can’t promise you won’t hear occasional footsteps but we will promise to “whisper yell” at our kids to not run in the house :)
