El piso tiene 80 metros cuadrados y una terraza. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama grande y armarios empotrados. La habitación principal ofrece una zona de estar, una zona de comedor y una cocina americana totalmente equipada (kitchenette) con una pequeña máquina portafiltro para café suelto y cápsulas (por ejemplo: Illy), una máquina café filtro, una tostadora y un hervidor de agua. Otro dormitorio se puede separar de la habitación principal con una puerta corredera. Aquí hay una cama plegable para 2 personas, armarios empotrados, un sofá y un televisor y acceso directo a la terraza. Un cuarto de baño principal con ducha y WC y un cuarto de baño de invitados con WC salen del pasillo.

Es wartet eine farbenfrohe, 2021 renovierte Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung mit sep. Eingang auf euch. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, stadtnah und geräumig (65qm). Das Zentrum erreicht ihr in ca. 15 Gehminuten oder ihr lauft 2 Min. bis zur Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung eignet sich für 2-4 Personen, es gibt ein Schlafz. und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnz. Außerdem nutzt ihr eine Küche, ein Bad, Essz., einen Flur und einen Abstellraum. Ein Kinder-Reisebett und Hochstuhl stehen euch auf Wunsch zur Verfügung.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn- / Esszimmer, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer. Es gibt ein komfortables Bett mit 1,80 x 2m und ein ausziehbares Sofa mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen. Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind jeweils unter 2km entfernt.

Der Bahnhof ist 3,5km entfernt, die Universität nur 1,8km. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Die Universität ist bequem mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
