Med kun 50m til vandet og havnen, 50m til Amager fælled og 2 km til hovedbanegården og strøget. Lejligheden ligger i nybyggeri, i stueetagen med adgang til en 12 kvm stor terrasse, med direkte udgang til en stor fælles gårdhave. Lejligheden er fuld møbleret, både i køkkenet og stuen. Jeg har selv boet der i 10 år, og er rigtig glad for denne lille perle :)

Gå til metroen på under 10 min. som tager dig til centrum (CPH Central St) på 5 min. Alternativt gå til havnebussen på 5 min og sejl ind gennem kanalerne og stå af langs ruten. Havnebadet er lige om hjørnet med med mulighed for udspring og særligt børnebassin, ligesom I gratis kan låne SUP-boards og kajakker gennem vores forening.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
