The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Underfloor heating during the day, a seating area and a dining area with table and 5 chairs with a smart TV. It has ample storage for luggage and clothes etc. Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink. kitchen: oven, fridge, 2 ringed cooker, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster Outside: seating area, decking and a bbq. We also have 3 highland pet cows over the fence and my 2 VBN sheep are nearby too.
