The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. It is located on a canal of the Caloosahatchee River and has direct gulf access and its wonderful beaches to enjoy an excellent vacation. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.
