This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to our local beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda West adjoins this property, and sleeps two extra people in one bedroom.

Die Villa 105B ist ein wunderschönes und abgelegenes Hideaway im Südwesten Sri Lankas. Das große Grundstück nahe Bentota zieren tropische Pflanzen, Kokospalmen und duftende Frangipani-Bäume. It is a fully furnished private house with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, maintenance room and terrace. Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.
