Stay in an old merchant's villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a quiet residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like atmosphere, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Der Vermieter ist die nullviernull Tonproduktion, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine alte Bunkeranlage zu 11 wunderschönen Büros und Minilofts umbauen ließ. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und zur BAB 7, Ausfahrt Bahrenfeld benötig man keine 4 Minuten.

Gleichzeitig seid ihr bestens angebunden: Ob Innenstadt, Elbe oder Schanze – alles ist schnell erreichbar.

Sonnige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage umgeben von einem Waldpark und in nördlicher Richtung von Weideland mit Pferdegestüten. In 30 Gehminuten Richtung Süden durch ein Waldstück erreicht man das Elbufer (Falkenstein). Meine Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. (Ich vermiete nur an Einzelpersonen.)

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
