Poolhouse with one bedroom, two beds, kitchen, eating area and bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The poolhouse is located on the back of my property. This house is on a private well and Water is potable. # Twenty ($20) dollar charge for each guest over 2. #Property is rural WiFi not city strength. ** If images of mermaids & semi-nude Female artwork are offensive to you, PLEASE don't book the Poolhouse. This spacious two-bedroom condo features large bedrooms, a galley kitchen, and two full baths. Sleep well in the four-poster king bed, or lounge on the couch in the open living space. Big closets, two full baths, and a separate work space! Surface parking and in-unit laundry. The community also offers a pool, fitness center, grills, and tennis/pickleball court. Biking distance to the beach! We welcome your pets with a $50/pet fee. (Long-term guests with pets: $250 refundable deposit.)
