This spacious room features a Jacuzzi tub and king size Bed. The room is built as an addition to a converted barn built around 1900. The farm consists of 10 acres with an orchard and is along the Conewango Creek. Conveniently located within the Allegheny National Forest and the Kinzua Dam area near Warren, PA and in close proximity to Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Lake. Great hiking all around. We do not charge additional fees except for extra guests, pets and if you chose to have breakfast.

Quaint quiet farmhouse room

Our sheep farm is a respite from the busy life. Step back in time and enjoy a stay that is reminiscent of Scotland's BnBs. You can go for walks over 68 acres and enjoy viewing sheep, donkeys, chickens, a babbling brook or sit by the pond. We are only 3 miles from downtown Indiana, a lovely thriving college town with many restaurants, Jimmy Stewart Museum and shopping. HALL HOUSE - East Wing Green Room

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 5 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. There are large common spaces including a Painting Gallery and Sunroom where breakfast is served. (Your hosts live next door.)

Barclay Bed and Breakfast

Our cozy and cheerful, three story victorian is located in downtown Punxsutawney, home of the famous groundhog! Located across from Barclay Square and within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and activities. Outside we have covered parking, a little yard and a sweet gazebo. Our spacious main floor includes a full kitchen, breakfast/game nook, dining room, large living room, sitting/office area, and enclosed porch. Each of our six comfortable bedrooms are uniquely decorated.

The Pause Master Suite

Our home gives you an opportunity to "Pause" in between playtime and duties! We're centrally located with something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts can partake in boating, kayaking, rappelling, bouldering, paddleboarding, mountain biking, hiking and so much more. Foodies have lovely cafés, wineries, cideries, breweries, and distilleries to visit. You can also "burrow in", catch up on that book and not leave your suite.... We're pet-friendly by the way!! Everyone is welcome!

1904 American Foursquare Home

We live in a 1904 American Foursquare brick home, furnished with antiques. We are empty nesters . Port Allegany is a small town nestled in the wooded hills of the northern Pennsylvania Wilds. Hiking, stargazing, kayaking, blueberry picking, Amish, fishing and hunting abound. An alpaca farm and a WWII museum are nearby. Kinzua Bridge and Cherry Springs State Parks, drive-in movies, wineries, breweries and distilleries are within an hours' drive. Rate includes breakfast.

Serenity Cove - breakfast included

Country setting, just minutes away from town. 10 minutes from IUP. Serving fresh "good for you" breakfast. Hot tub and campfire available for use. My husband and I will be staying at the house and will be available for questions or can let guests enjoy their space. Feel free to create your own lunch or dinner in the kitchen. I have two other rooms available if needed for extra guests: Sunshine on my Shoulders (2 twin beds) and Safari Room (Queen size bed).
