Its modern appeal includes a master bedroom downstairs, a loft bedroom upstairs, and a sofa couch in the living area for a comfortable max of 6 people. The units also include a beautiful wet room, clawfoot tub, wood pellet stove, kitchenette, and private deck. A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and starlink wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

Kick back in this peaceful, adorable, cedar, private home. Relax on the roomy deck and watch for local wildlife. Head out back and roast a hot dog over the fire pit. There is a large bedroom with a very comfy Alaska King bed. Walk the quiet roads and see the beautiful mountains in all directions. Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.
