Easy access to Highway 680 and 24. 2-3 miles to downtown Walnut Creek, many shops and restaurants. Guest enter their studio from side fence gate so they come and go as they please. We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there’s any problem. Small friendly pets live on this property.

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? Located in the heart of downtown, this spacious apartment is just a block away from the shops, theaters and restaurants that Walnut Creek has become known for. San Francisco is just a BART ride away. (nearest station is a 4 block walk).
