Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Spacious bedrooms, fresh linens & large windows make the space light & airy. Mins to Elon/Burlington/wineries & breweries. 28 miles to WetNWild Waterpark in GSO. Private Outdoor patio features a custom built stone pizza oven/fireplace & new hot tub.

The Yurt at Frog Pond Farm

Our yurt (30' dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

The Dolly

The Dolly is a tiny house nestled in our Alamance County farm's wooded area. Just 15 minutes from the bustling village of Saxapahaw, the Dolly offers a bit of everything. Romp our woods, cuddle goats and donkeys, cast a fishing line or warm by a fire pit. Adventurers can bike Snow Camp's rural roads or drop kayaks in nearby Haw River. A wood burning stove keeps the Dolly cozy during winter stays; the cedar insulated walls (and AC) keep the house cool in the summer. Unplug and unwind with us.

The Lodge at Long Acres Farm

Welcome to Long Acres Farm, and our Lodge at the center of the action. The Lodge/tiny cabin is a 550 sq. ft home on our 52 acre horse farm. If you are looking for a genuine, relaxed farm experience you've found the right place! Get acquainted with our resident chickens, goose, ducks, goats, horses, cows, dogs, and cats from your doorstep. The Studio at Benzai Bloomstead

32 beautiful acres near Saxapahaw. Home to two creeks and watched over by generations-old, native, deciduous trees. Enjoy grand vistas and open pasture, or find a secret and special spot for yourself in the woods along the creek. There is an active community of people who come around to tend to the land. The hosts live in a separate residence near the studio. 8 min to Saxapahaw, 28 to Chapel Hill, 42 to Greensboro & 44 to Durham.

Friendship Cottage

Minutes from restaurants/shopping, this cozy cottage sits in front of a working goat farm while maintaining a private entrance/yard. Handicapped friendly, incl. paved drive, wide doorways, zero entry shower, no stairs. Modern amenities. 16x80 Dog Run. Rock on the porch, play in the yard, see the horses on a walk to the pond (not seen from cottage). Wooded trail accessible from pond is .7 mile. See house/pet rules before booking.
