Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

A clean and comfortable home, situated in a gated community with a public 18 hole golf course and practice range, reasonably priced restaurant, swimming pool (seasonally, quick walk or drive), playground, and tennis courts available to guests. There are king and queen bedrooms as well as two roll-away twin beds. The inside common areas and the front porch and back patio offer plenty of space for guests to hang out. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking and dining items you'll need. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are available to enjoy the Florida weather!

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.
