Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included. OCTOBER 2025, HOT TUB IS OUT OF ORDER

Ahuriri , with its great restaurants and small yacht harbour,is within walking distance(1.2 km ) The area is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and of course the Art Deco architecture. Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.
