Outdoor pursuits include the beachs, walking, cycling, fishing and golfing, with fine dining available in nearby Ardmore and Dungarvan.

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Rural dwelling with 1 en-suite bedroom in a self contained Annex a couple of miles from amenities. Child friendly. Kitchen/Dining/Living space with small double sofa bed (ground floor). Bedroom - Double room (king size bed) with ensuite bathroom. (Upstairs) No bath in property. Accommodation best suited to a couple or family of 4 (2 young children) who are happy to share the large en-suite bathroom. Large separate garden with covered decking area. The host family live in the main house.

Our charming cosy cottage has fantastic views of the Comeragh Mountains. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, nice living room with flat screen TV. Dining area with old feature stone wall for that Irish feel. Fully equipped kitchen. Bistro outside area to take in the beautiful mountain views. Located 9km from Dungarvan to enjoy shopping and restaurants. Magical Mahon Falls for hiking enthusiasts, Waterford Greenway and Clonea Beach and the scenic Copper Coast Drive all within 15 minute drive.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

Stunning 1800's Townhouse Dungarvan Town Centre

Lovingly restored 1800's house in the town centre. This is our very loved three-storey family home with enclosed private garden and parking on site. Perfect for family gatherings, reunions of old friends, and five minutes walk to the square and access to the Greenway and beaches. WiFi throughout with three ensuites on the second floor and a three bedroom family suite with a bathroom on the top floor. The local food is delicious though you may not want to leave this house for it!

Welcome to Grove Lodge! The property is a cosy, compact space set in an acre of mature gardens. The apartment is attached to the main house, but at the same time is a separate living space - own front and rear entrance. We are 20 minutes drive from Dungarvan, which has the beautiful Greenaway and many and varied eateries. Historic Youghal and Ardmore are also 20 mins drive with beautiful beaches and steeped in history. Lismore, on the beautiful Blackwater, a short drive away.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
