It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. The house is in the coastal town of Agios NikolaosIn, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! You can go everywhere on foot. A car is recommended if you want to explore the whole area of Merabello and Lasithi. The house is in the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, with 4 beaches in the area. Panorama Villas is a small adults only resort set on a steep hillside in Ammoudara, only 5 km from Aghios Nikolaos. The One Bedroom Apartments (8 in total) are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. They consist of 3 identical ground floor and 5 first floor apartments all with a twin/double bedroom and 1 shower room. Fully Renovated Gallery Studio in Elounda

Our place is a fully renovated studio in the center of Elounda. We provide a fully equiped kitchen with oven,hob, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. Also there is washing machine at the bathroom. We provide a normal size hairdryer and an iron with an ironing surface There is a desk, for the guests who still have to work on their vacation! The studio is decorated with paintings of the local artist of Elounda, Nikos Filippakis. So the studio is like a small gallery!
