Βρείτε στον χώρο μας ένα υπέροχο και καλαίσθητο ησυχαστήριο για γαλήνιες και χαλαρωτικές διακοπές με 180° θέα θάλασσα, ταυτόχρονα όμως ακριβώς δίπλα στον κεντρικό περιφερειακό δρόμο και σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση από κεντρικά σημεία του νησιού!

Το studio βρίσκεται πάνω στην θάλασσα, και πάνω από την παραλία του Καραβοστάμου. Απέχει 5χλμ από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου και είναι δίπλα σε μίνι μάρκετ,φούρνο, ταβέρνες, καφέ και μπάρ. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια αλλά και παρέες.Το μπαλκόνι στις φωτογραφίες αποτελεί κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι μεταξύ τον δύο δωματίων μου και βρίσκεται στα 2 μέτρα απόστασης απο το κατάλυμα

Πέτρινη αυλή, Αρμενιστης Ικαρια

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
