Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom, each a plasma TV in living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, guest toilet, free parking, terrace to the forest, modern furniture, smoking corner on the terrace ( please do not smoke in the apartment ). The apartment is not suitable as a craftsman accommodation for more than 1 guest.

Das Naturschutzgebiet Kottenforst ist fußläufig zu erreichen und lädt ein zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren. Das Apartment ist gut angebunden, die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Apartment kann nicht gekocht werden, aber Restaurants und die Mensa befinden sich in der Nähe.
