Spa n5 is only 5 mimutes by walk. Supermarket 2 minutes. Taxi and bus station is 5 minutes by walk. Spa no.5 (Alžbětiny lázně), where you can use swimming pool and spa procedures are 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. A local fee of CZK 50 per adult per night is payable on site.

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Vzdálenosti k orientačním bodům ve městě: 750 m Muzeum Jan Becher, 50 m Penny Market, 450 m autobusový terminál směr Praha 60 m zastávka MHD. Parkování ZDARMA za rohem.

Gemütliches Einzimmer Apartment in ruhiger Wohngegend, zentrumsnah, mit Ausblick über Bayreuth und einzigartigen Sonnenuntergängen. In 20 Gehminuten gelangt man in die Innenstadt Bayreuths. Der Bahnhof und ein Aldi sind in ca 8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Festspielhaus ist in etwa 15 min zu erreichen. Ein großer Naturpark, das ehemalige Gelände der Landesgartenschau, ist in 10 min zu erreichen. Parken kann man direkt vor der Wohnanlage, entlang der Straße.

Ich freue mich, Sie in unserem neuen Gästeappartement begrüßen zu können. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp auf Ihrer Reise, jedoch viel zu schade für nur eine Übernachtung. In der Nähe befindet sich das ortsansässigen Gasthaus, in dem sie sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen können. Wir liegen äußerst verkehrsgünstig (A9 und A72) um die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. (Grünes Band, Frankenwald, Schiefergebirge, Sächsische Saale)

Natur pur im Fichtelgebirge

Unsere Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, in nur wenigen Schritten ist man in der Natur. Sie ist optimal geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder. Der große Garten mit einem Bach ist ideal für Kinder. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Loipen und das Biathlon Stadion mit Skiroller Bahn und Skilift, Schlittenhang, MTB Trails und Wanderwege. Am Fichtelsee ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Prostorný a plně vybaveny byt 2+1 v centru Karlových Varů. Byt se nachází ve 2 patře historické budovy takže zde není výtah. V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu. Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.
