Two AC units and a covered canopy keep it cool in the hot Louisiana summer. Full water and sewage hook up. Lake access via community boat launch and also back yard has waterfront lake channel. Living Room TV has Roku fire stick for enjoying your streaming services and bedroom TV has antenna local channels.
