Nuestra hermosa casa está situada en 2 acres de jardín en la pintoresca Dordoña, en la región francesa del Périgord Vert. En el interior hay una mesa de billar de tamaño completo, una mesa de air hockey y una mesa de ping-pong, y en el exterior hay otra mesa de ping-pong. La casa cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, desde una panificadora hasta un procesador de alimentos. Hay terrazas en la parte trasera y delantera de la casa, con una mesa al aire libre con capacidad para 10 personas.

En este acogedor y espacioso departamento de más de 50 m², que data de alrededor de 1640, es maravilloso alojarse. Gracias a las auténticas y gruesas paredes de piedra natural, se mantiene maravillosamente fresco en verano. Las toallas, la ropa de cama y los paños de cocina ya te están esperando, y te invitamos a hacer uso gratuito de nuestro jardín y estanque natural. Y, por supuesto, todas las personas son bienvenidas. Somos amigables con la comunidad LGBTQI+ y creemos en un lugar donde todos se sientan libres y como en casa.

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Welcome to the beauty of our small hamlet called Savanat, in the commune of Abjat sur Bandiat, situated in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne. The nearest main town is Nontron with all the large Supermarkets and amenities. The nearest Airport is Limoges, which around an hours drive away and is a RyanAir route. Please be advised that our swimming pool will remain closed during the winter period and will only be open for guest use from the 15th of April 2026 until 20th of October 2026.
