Private house in beautiful countryside

The house is in the heart of the beautiful conservation area of the village surrounded by open fields and brooks. There is a small waterfall a few steps away and lots of footpaths through the fields and woods allowing guests to take refreshing walks. This is a quit and idyllic place ideal for those who love nature. The neighborhood is very friendly and villagers feed the ducks here. The village is close to Milton Park, Harwell, Didcot and Oxford, Frilford Gold Club and Drayton Park Golf Club.

Idyllically situated 6k Central Oxford, 5k Summertown, 5k Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 20k Bicester Village and overlooking the historic St. Peter's Church, the cottages have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

Overlooking beautiful Dorchester Abbey in the heart of the South Oxfordshire countryside. The Cabin is situated at the centre of the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames. One well behaved dog is welcome too to explore The Thames path, Wittenham clumps and the nearby Chilterns.
